Salon de Papier is pleased to announce the opening of Paper Thin Love, an exhibition bringing together the works of Beatrice Arzoiu, Suzana Dan, Ioana Iacob, and Lea Rasovszky. Exploring the fragility and strength of human relationships, the exhibition looks into the emotional architecture of our existence and how it ultimately defines our identity.

Blending collage, drawing, watercolor, and installation, Paper Thin Love offers a visual and conceptual exploration of the emotional landscapes we navigate daily. It translates coping mechanisms in the face of disappointment, questions of otherness, and the subtle dynamics between closeness and distance into tangible artistic forms, revealing the complexities of human interaction and self-perception. In an emotionally elusive landscape where human connections are both ephemeral and powerful, the exhibition becomes a space to reflect on our relationships with others and ourselves.

Paper Thin Love is a visual laboratory where the tensions between closeness and distance, love and loss, are dissected through a diverse and deeply personal approach by each of the artists, revealing intimate narratives, emotional negotiations, and the quiet resilience found in human relationships. The exhibition maps relational vulnerabilities and proposes an exercise in artistic sincerity, where fragility becomes strength, and art transforms into an emotional refuge.
